Karachi: The 16-member national squad for the Test series against New Zealand has been announced.

Babar Azam as captain, Abdullah Shafiq, Abrar Ahmed including Hasan Ali, Imamul Haq, Kamran Ghulam, Muhammad Nawaz, Muhammad Rizwan, Muhammad Wasim, Naseem Shah, Numan Ali including Sarfraz Ahmed, Salman Ali Agha, Saud Shakeel, Shan Masood. And Zahid Mahmood will also be a part of the squad.

Fast bowler Naseem Shah, who was ruled out of the Karachi Test against England, is fit, Haris Rauf, who suffered an injury in the Pindi Test, is undergoing rehabilitation.

Middle-order batsman Kamran Ghulam and fast bowler Hasan Ali have been included in the squad, Kamran Ghulam has been included in place of Azhar Ali.
